The Zoller Wine Styling tasting room made a big splash with its grand opening over Paso Robles Harvest Wine Weekend. Having received great press coverage and a slew of wine tasting visitors, ZWS decided that the demand was there.

Now you can visit the hi-tech, up-scale, state-of-the-art winery that caters to the fanciful whims and cravings of wine connoisseurs of every sort on a regular basis. During regular Tasting Hours (Friday - Sunday 12 a.m. to 5 p.m.) you have the chance to meet the wine mastermind herself, Signe Zoller, as you sip her scrumdidilyumptious custom wines.

If you are ever in the area during non-tasting room hours, drive by 525 Pine Street, Paso Robles (near the post office) and you may just catch a glimpse of the winemaking magic in action!  Find forklifts zooming around in the background, catch custom crushes taking place in plain sight, or witness Zoller herself in action.
