The new Rocky Creek '03 Cab is a bottle of joy and warm wishes with its delicious dark cherry, black currant, and rich chocolate notes. A tannic and long-aging wine, this cabernet, made from select vineyards in the Paso Robles area, is also a wonderful one to hold on to for your next special occasion. 2003 Rocky Creek Syrah - A perfect pick for this season, the '03 estate-grown Syrah will make cheeks rosy with sweet ripe notes matched by peppy pepper and spice. 2004 Merlot - The Sugar Plum Fairies may as well have plopped this Merlot down in our tasting room; a soft, fruity, berry bouquet combines with low tannins, a plump and lush mouth-feel, and a long, rich finish to make this popular wine a perfect party pleaser.
